Our Tours & visits are all-inclusive and they include:

• English Speaking Staff who will be able to provide the guests with informative and interesting information regarding the local areas and places of interest. 
• A suitable vehicle will be on hand for the full duration of your visit.
• A tour guide when required will be on hand for the duration of your visit.
• The full cost of the guest’s accommodation. 
• This includes check-in and check-out.
• Daily cleaning of the premisies and bed linen changes.
• All meals on the Torti Estate included
• All Wine supplied by the Torti Family is included 
• At times any parts of our Tours mentioned in our itineraries are subject to change. In this unlikely event they will only be substituted by others of equal or better quality in order to avoid affecting the content of our services.
• Itineraries on our website are subject to seasonal changes. 
• Some activities may have to be substituted as a result of natural disasters, sudden atmospheric changes, temporary closures, striking or any other problems for which we may not be held accountable.
• Changes may be neccessary in order to accommodate seasonal excursions such as the harvesting of our grapes in the month of September etc etc
• Any alterations made will be done so in order to improve the service on offer and will always be of an equal commercial value.

Although we dont have any limits on Food and Wine we reserve the right to expect everyone eats & drinks responsibly and if we feel someone is not respecting our Winery / Staff / Services or is Acting / Consuming Irresponsibly we can refuse to supply them any products or services any further at our discression. There will be no refunds for us enforcing these points.
